Once you've
submitted your resume to T3
Staffing, a representative will contact you to confirm we have received your information
and to discuss your needs. Some topics covered are: your work history, strengths,
objectives, future career plans, desired work environment and compensation requirements.
You will also be asked to take some standard aptitude tests that are customized
for the type of position that interest you.
The moment a
position becomes available
that matches your skills and experience, a representative will contact you. We will
not present your resume to our clients until we have discussed the details of the
job with you and confirmed your interest.
If no positions are available that fit your needs, we will keep in touch with you
on a regular basis so you are aware of where you stand with regards to potential
opportunities.
