401K:
- After you have worked 1,000 hours on assignment with T3 Staffing in a 12-month period, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- You may contribute 1 percent to 100 percent of your salary, up to a maximum of $15,500, with a choice of several fund options. Contribution limits may vary based on your individual compensation.
- The company may match a percentage of your contribution at the end of each calendar year, with full vesting for any company match after two years.
Direct Deposit:
- You can choose to have your pay automatically deposited into your checking account.
Medical Plan Referrals:
- Referrals to individual medical plans are available through reputable national carriers, including HMO, PPO and basic hospitalization plans for you and your family.
- Dental, vision and life insurance coverage may also be available.

Referral Bonus Program:
- You may be eligible to receive a bonus of up to $100 for people you refer toT3 Staffing. Referral bonuses are based on job-type and hours worked. Ask your representative for more details.
